The Bar
There are a variety of options available for a hosted bar. Some things to consider:
Designated Timeframe: Ideal for couples looking to only host items during cocktail hour and then switch to cash bar at a specified time of the evening.
Specified Dollar Amount: The best way to stay on budget is to specify how much you are looking to spend on the bar. Our bar staff will keep a tally of the drinks they serve and when they get close to reaching your cap, we will come find you to see if you want to extend it, or turn it into cash bar when you run out.
Specific Beverages: Our most popular option. Couples can specify what the hosted bar includes. For example, you want to host keg beer and wine, but have guests pay for their own liquor. Or maybe you want to host everything except for top tier liquors. Perhaps even yet, you have a special bride and groom drink you've invented that you want to host and the bar to serve.
Combination of above: Our favorite option that gives couples the most control specify a dollar amount and then limit that dollar amount to a specific selection. For example, you want to host 2 kegs and put $1,000 toward on wine and well liquor. When the $1,000 is gone, we switch to cash bar. Our bar staff will always give you the option to extend this amount when you are getting close to reaching it.
